Delete your account and data
You can request permanent deletion of your TrueTone account and the data tied to it at any time.
Option 1: Delete it yourself (fastest)
Sign in and go to your account's delete-account page. If you aren't already signed in, you'll be asked to sign in first.

If you've lost access to your account or uninstalled the app, email us from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.

- Your account and sign-in access
- Every activated extension and mobile device session
- Your founding waitlist application and approval status
- Any Lifetime license record tied to your account
- Your ad-attribution data and feature votes
Purchase records themselves stay with Whop and Google Play — they're the system of record for billing/accounting, not something TrueTone keeps its own permanent copy of. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it first through Whop or the Google Play Store, or it may keep renewing after your account is gone. Contact support@thetruetone.app if you ever need a receipt after deleting your account.
